This is a large book of short stories based around the original Cthulhu stories by H. P. Lovecraft. None of the stories were written for this book, with a range of previous publication dates from 1976 to 2011. The wide range of stories is one of the reasons why I liked this book as a whole as much as I did as the stories tended to have a very high quality, though there were a few of the stories I didn’t enjoy that much most of the stories I did like to really like.
Overall it is a very good and like any collection of short stories it is easy to skip over the occasional story you might not like.
