"Cujo"
By: Stephen King

Cujo was the last of Stephen King’s early books I had to read. I had been putting off reading it because the basic premise never really appealed to me; it just seemed boring compared to a lot of his other books. Fortunately the book is only 304 pages long as the plot was simple enough that it might have worked better if it’d been one of his short stories or novellas rather than a full novel.

It was well written, but I did skip over a lot of the descriptions about the main character and her son being trapped in the car by the dog as I simply didn’t want to read page after page of the woman thinking about what was happening with some action.
