I really enjoyed this book. It was interesting, easy to read, and I was able to read it very quickly for a 517 page book. (It didn’t feel like 517 pages). I do think it’s somewhere in the middle between being a mindless read and a book that’s complicated and thought provoking, as it is a bit of a light read given the subject matter.
It is a good, perfectly readable, and interesting crime novel, if slightly too light in some ways for my liking. (There wasn’t a lot of space devoted to the actual killer in this book, who mostly pops up right at the end and is really only mentioned in passing before that).
