I've found the comparatively new layout of the ground floor can be a touch confusing, if you've never been the museum before. It's impossible to get from one side of the ground floor without either going outside or walking around the building itself or going through the section you're supposed to pay to get into. (I remember having the museum shop connect the "free" areas).

I really like the new interior, with the offices turned into a massive wooden ball though.
