"Long Modified Bench Waitemata"
I am trying to make a point of taking a few photos every day, so I am going to take photos of things I think are interesting around the central city in Auckland when I am there. Including works of art like the statures that are around the city.
This is one of the pages that make up my larger group on my Central City - Auckland page.
This is called "Long Modified Bench Waitemata" and is by Jeppe Hein, currently it's next to the marina in the Wynyard Quarter. Recently, (about one to years ago I can't remember exactly), it was in the sculpture terrace on the top floor of the Auckland Art Gallery. Today was actually the first day I’ve seen it in its current position without anyone sitting on it!
